Does Everglades Electric offer any kind of accounts?

Yes, we offer two different accounts to our customers. The first is a COD account, and the second is a charge account which is billed out on a monthly basis.

What is a COD account?

A COD (cash on demand) account is given free of charge to any customer who wants to be in our system. The advantages of having a COD account are, but not limited to: better pricing, order history, PO tracking and quicker service.

What is a charge account?

A charge account is offered to any customers and companies with excellent credit. To get approved they have to go through our credit department before being able to use. The advantages of having a charge account are that customers or companies can “charge” their material to pick a ticket, which is signed for, received and then billed out once a week. All invoices are then totaled onto a statement at the end of the month, which then can be paid directly by check or credit card. We also offer cash discounts, at the credit department’s discretion, which can be applied to most accounts if they are paid in full by the 10th of the following month.

How do I open an account?

To open a COD or charge account, please call in or email for an application or just ask to fill one out while you are present at our store.

Does Everglades Electric do any service work?

No, we are a supply store, and only sell material. However, feel free to email or call in for a great recommendation for a local electrician or contractor.

Does Everglades Electric sell to the public?

Yes, we sell to everyone.

What forms of payment does Everglades Electric take?

We take all forms of payment, including all credit cards and cash. Unfortunately, we only accept checks that given by account holders.

What are Everglades Electric's store hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 7am until 5pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 8am until 12pm. Please follow us on Social Media and visit our Facebook page for additional information including special holiday or storm hours.

Does Everglades Electric deliver products to job sites?

Yes, we do offer delivery within the tri-county South Florida area. Please email or call in to get more information.

How can I preorder my material?

Feel free to call in any orders you need. Our sales team will have it ready for pickup when you need it, or it can also be delivered. For online ordering, please visit our “Order Now” area where you can generate your supply list and it will be sent in and filled for a speedy pick up.
